Wine Country Chef Meatloaf
1 Lb ground turkey
1 whole egg
½ cup oat bran
3 Tbsp. organic catsup
1 Tbsp. Wine Country Chef Marinade
½ Tbsp. Dijon mustard
½ roasted green pepper
3 med sliced red onion – minced
1 large garlic clove – minced
¼ tsp. sage
¼ tsp. marjoram
¼ tsp. celery salt
Mix all ingredients together and form a loaf. Bake at least 1 hour at 350 degrees.
